The charter of the Movement

The Movement is an autonomous reality which generates its own activities, while remaining connected with the Community in a link of submission and communion. For this purpose, a local coordinator is named by the General Council of the Community, on the proposal of the Provincial to whom he will be submitted. His role will be to promote the growing of the Movement, and the communion between each members, and also between the fraternities and the Community, especially with the help of the Provincial.

This responsible may be relieved by an other member to whom he may delegate his responsibility.
